Finishes and facilities

Floors:
- non-slip ceramic tiles in all common areas, including steps;
- ceramic tiles in living rooms and bedrooms, ceramic wall and floor tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, bathrooms and apartment halls;
- non-slip ceramic tiles and resistant to heavy traffic at the access platforms in the building, including the steps;
- outdoor tiles on all balconies;
- lawn layer in the green space;
Walls:
- washable paintings in all common spaces;
- washable paintings in apartments;
- tiling tiles in kitchens in the work front area;
- tiling tiles for bathrooms and bathrooms;
Facade:
- ventilated facade system with fiber cement finish on metal structure, with 10 cm thermal system made of basalt mineral wool;
- glass railings on apartment balconies;
- black aluminum sheet window sills for windows and door-windows and balconies;
Ceilings / soffits balconies and access awnings:
- ceilings from HPL wood imitation panels, suspended on the metal structure, with basalt mineral wool thermal system;
Exterior
carpentry
- exterior glazing with aluminum joinery, anthracite gray color on both sides;
- windows and doors-windows with carpentry made of aluminum profiles, anthracite gray color on both sides;
Roof
- The covering will be made with a frame made of fireproof squared wood.
- The cover will be made of corrugated sheet anthracite gray. A 25cm thermal insulation layer will be placed in the plan of the rafters.
Superstructure:
- The superstructure is of the reinforced concrete diaphragm type
